Dioptase Wulfenite

Namibia is undoubtedly the world’s best locality for dioptase. Between Tsumeb and the Kaokoveld Plateau, nothing else can come close in terms of quantity, quality, and color. This is a fantastic example from the Onderra Mine, featuring a vug of sharp, large, gemmy, and lustrous crystals. A minor wulfenite crystal completes the specimen for a fine and highly desirable combo. Better in person, these are very hard to capture on camera.
