Stoneham, Colorado blue barite has a special place in our hearts at Collector’s Edge as it was our first serious specimen mining operation, way back in 1989. While we recovered thousands of blue barite crystals and crystal groups during that dig, fine clusters like this with deep color and large crystals were uncommon. This is a fine specimen with wonderful display aesthetics, and comes with a custom acrylic base for display.
