A very attractive gemmy golden calcite from Kazakhstan! These gorgeous calcite specimens were mined in the early 1990s, and were considered some of the finest for the species. It’s easy to see why, as this calcite features highly desirable color and clarity. A real gem that is becoming increasingly difficult to find for sale! Some chipping as seen, but in overall nice condition.
