The copper specimens from New Mexico’s Chino Mine are some of North America’s most recognizable coppers outside of Michigan. Famous for spinel-law twinning, the mine has produced some excellent examples.
Please note this specimen came to us with a sawed bottom (I don’t know why either…) and stands flat as pictured.
