A very unusual rhodochrosite from China’s famous Wutong mine. This piece features a prominent stepped scalenohedral rhodochrosite crystal with a soft tan/pink color – very true to the photo. Also present is quartz, apatite, sphalerite, and hubnerite. A very strange and unique rhodochrosite from any location! Note that specimen has been sawed flat on the bottom for display purposes.
