This single self-standing crystal of Zoisite var. Tanzanite with great dark color and gemmy luster measures to 4.3 cm in height and weighs in at 40 grams. Nice transparency and good crystal morphology make this a very nice piece from the renowned Merelani Hills. Displays excellent pleochroism with three distinct colors. Some chipping as seen.
