A striking and classic old-time combination of siderite and sphalerite from Neudorf. This specimen features sharp golden siderite with lustrous “ruby jack” sphalerite, beautifully separated by a layer of quartz. A perfect example for the locality, which closed in 1904, making this specimen likely mined in the 1800s.
