A classic rhodochrosite rhomb from Baker’s Pocket – the LAST EVER pocket mined at the Detroit City Portal/Sweet Home Mine. This specimen features excellent color and form. Backlights extremely well with top deep cherry red color. Displays well from multiple angles, and has a small purple fluorite association.

PLEASE NOTE – this specimen has ONE repair and ONE restoration – both very well done and barely noticeable. This rhomb is complete and crystallized all around LESS one cleave on the right face when displayed as pictured.
